Hi, I’m Heindrick So and I write Bay Area Finance to help keep those in the community updated on local real estate and mortgage news. I am a mortgage consultant at a Bay Area Real Estate firm – specializing in residential home loans. I started this website just in early 2008, so it’s a relatively young site still, but I do try to maintain posts as well as updates on a consistent basis.
In this site, you’ll find most entries relating to the real estate and mortgage industry within the Bay Area of California. I personally live in San Leandro, have an office in Fremont, and frequently travel throughout the East Bay – so, I’m not a satellite blogger with some “binoculars” of the Bay. I live and work here, and feel that I should contribute and speak on what I am comfortable with – and that is the Bay Area and Real Estate Mortgages.
Occasionally, I will post a few things to keep this site interesting and, hopefully, avoid the cookie-cutter boredom of so many other sites. But I will definitely categorize these posts on their own to avoid any distractions if you came here for the “good” stuff.
