BlueHost Web Hosting

Aside from the massive amount of space I will probably never use – they have 24/7 tech support (phone and chat). I have called in at10:15pm and was connected within 7 minutes to a real live voice. For those that are curious, this is my first experience with a webhost and my first time building websites – however, bluehost seems to only help that process. I never have my hands tied even though I pay 7 bucks a month for their service. They offer great customer service, and not the Dell-read-from-the-manual kind of help. I mean a real voice, probably some 25yr old tech geek in Utah, but when it comes to this stuff – I’d choose him over Patel Reza in New Dehli any day.
Bluehost is associated with hostmonster and fastdomain, but I feel Bluehost has a more professional appeal and more users on their general forum. The amount of webspace and bandwidth that they offer is tremendous – when I tell people that I just started a website, I get two distinct responses. The first one is the, “oh cool ( I will never ever visit your website, ever) that sounds great.” The other, is “oh yeah, who did you use, was it hard, how much do you pay, do you think I could do it?” response. And in my answer to the second, I always end up reccommending bluehost. Jump to BlueHost
