We are licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and specialize in the area of Residential Mortgage Planning. We service clients throughout California but choose to dedicate ourselves specifically to the Bay Area. Whether you are looking to purchase your first home or simply need to evaluate your current mortgage situation, we are here to help.
We openly take pride in the fact that we are not a “Jack-of-all-Trades” brokerage - instead, we focus ourselves to mortgage planning and consulting. By doing so, we can truly name ourselves a Premier Mortgage Consulting and Brokerage.
We are not here for the quick sale. Every client of ours is valued and we strive to be your “go-to” person in Real Estate mortgage financing.
- - Every client will receive two complimentary credit reports annually
- - Each client will receive a complimentary consultation with our own corporate CPA
- - First Time Home Buyers, we offer a complimentary moving service as well as storage boxes if needed.
*** While it is common in the industry for Realtors to offer 25%-30% referral fees, we feel that this can complicate certain interests. To strengthen our referrals, we will never accept commissions or “kick-backs” from the Realtor that we refer you to. Instead, we will refer you to a Realtor or Real Estate Agent whom we feel is the most knowledgeable and experienced in that particular area.
Realtors
As a premier mortgage consulting and brokerage, we are always looking for successful and experienced Realtors. As a brokerage that focuses on loans, we feel that Realtors are quite a valuable asset to our firm. In doing so, we see Realtors as great business partners.
